Superb advice and practical guidance from Toby in choosing a kids Frog bike. We called a few places and he was the only one that took the time to speak to us before we made the trip to the shop. He ensured the bike was the right type and size explaining all the factors that go into setting your child up for success, the team also did a full check of the bike before we left. An incredible shop with highly knowledgeable and attentive staff and every bike imaginable, some of them frankly are works of art. If you’re going to invest in a good bike for your kids or yourself I’d thoroughly recommend Pankhurst Cycles.

Had a puncture nightmare time (three in one day) and guys from Pankhurst Cycles really helped me, even came to collect me from the road! Such an amazing team and fantastic attitude. And big bonus: they all like and sell Colnago! Will be back!

Amazing shop. Everything you could possibly need, stock and knowledge. A proper bike shop with plenty of vintage memorabilia to have a look at as well. Went to pick up my Orro venturi and have a bike fit, quick test spin round the car park. Fabulous. Called in again today to have a hydraulic brake caliper looked at and had a cup of tea while I waited for my partner to pick me up. Cheers guys.

A great bicycle shop. Rikki instantly diagnosed my problem and got it fixed within a day. He also gave some handy tips; invaluable for someone like me relatively new to road cycling. Will visit again some day.

After visiting 3 shops and speaking to countless others for a part I needed, Pankhurst not only had it in stock, they were more than happy to give advice and answer any questions I had - I'm new to road cycling so I had a few! By far the most welcoming bike shop I've been to with absolutely no sales pressure so it was a delight to be able to browse (and gain from their knowledge).

Hi Rikki and team, Thank you so much for taking time sorting out my crank and rubbing disc rotors on my Canyon, it is so very much appreciated! I wish I knew about you before my purchase, it's safe to say I'll be back for all my cycling need in the future!

The fantastic team make this shop really special. I visited recently to see if they could help me with a puncture on a wheel for a dog buggy I had to purchase when my rescue dog hurt her leg. They couldn't have been more helpful and kind. They went out of their way to help get Curly back on the road again and it was a pleasure meeting them. Pangbourne is very lucky to have a place like this - makes me want to take up cycling just to support them! They are friendly, professional and really kind. Plus, they really love dogs. One day all businesses will be like this one. They deserve every success.

I didn't know about this shop until I was recommended by Campagnolo. Just got them to build my Chesini and they've done an outstanding job. The staff is super nice and helpful, I'll definitely be back!
