Absolutely dreadful. I booked online through a booking agency, and City Living sent a message demanding my bank details before they would release the key codes. I refused of course, because I was booked through a 3rd party but twice they insisted on having my bank details before giving me the key code. Upon arrival, I saw that the place was appalling. The kitchen was filthy, the bathroom door had a hole in it, paint was peeling off of the walls, the living room reeked of smoke.. The list goes on. Further, the advertised "free parking" does not exist. It's residents only roadside parking. I attempted to contact City Living by phone, by message, by email; no reply at all. I didn't stay there, I left within ten minutes of seeing the place and yet they're still trying to charge me for the stay!
