They don't answer their phone. Just called 5 times and the person at the other end just ended the call. I am disabled and I have auto-immune disease and was enquiring about my life saving Mycophenolate prescription.
The professional, friendly, helpful staff at Park Pharmacy are just so wonderful and amazing. I’m a regular to the pharmacy and wouldn’t go anywhere else despite it not being my most local pharmacy. Thank you to you all.
Park Pharmacy always go ‘the extra mile’ in helping their customers. I am a ‘regular’ and have got to know all the staff very well. Palak Patel was the first I got to know and nothing is too much trouble for her and she continues to be a good friend along with the others. Park Pharmacy always go the extra mile, super helpful today. They took time out of their busy schedule to try and track down a prescription that was supposed to have been sent over before end of business. They checked and double checked only to discover St Francis Surgery had not sent it over. No one was available on Reception at St Francis, three of us waiting in queue. Eventually someone turned up and was told it will be sent over tomorrow. Communication is key!
Excellent pharmacy, always really helpful and recently offered to stay open so I could collect a prescription. Patrick is excellent and always tries to help. I've switched back to here from Lloyds for the more personal service. Thanks
This is my local pharmacy but I just have to say that the pharmacist in there over the weekend was so helpful and sorted everything for me when I couldn't get through to 111. An actual lifesaver! Honestly saved me so much stress when I was feeling quite on edge.
Whilst buying a mouthwash recommended by my dentist I also tried to buy some Co-Codamol,I was informed that they could not sell them to me as I am a type 2 Diabetic, with respect, I have never heard such rubbish.
In the last 20 years I have tried all of the pharmacies in this area, and have found the independent ones much better, with Park Pharmacy being my favourite. I have chronic, somewhat complicated, health problems and they are extremely helpful. I am housebound and order my medication using their answering service, which they then deliver.
The staff are so friendly, helpful and ever so caring. I suffer with anxiety and panic attacks but because of their caring nature I don't feel afraid to ask them for help, and I feel assured that they will do all that they can for me. The electronic prescription service between my Doctor's Surgery (St. Francis) and Park Pharmacy is amazingly quick.
