Really friendly waitress Karen was very attentive, especially for allergies. When i got home, i realised I hadn't registered my number plate & was unsure exactly how long we'd been in the restaurant so rang & spoke to Mo. He was super helpful, took down my details & promised to sort. I can't thank him enough as it would be a really expensive meal if I was fined! Happy Xmas to Bagshot Cricketers!

We had a wonderful time in the Beefeater! Our server, Karen, was unbelievably friendly! So lovely, helpful and efficient. We felt very relaxed and comfortable. The tables in the restaurant were nicely spread out so we didn’t feel like we were crammed in which was nice. It wasn’t too loud either but there was nice, ambient music in the background. The staff in general were very friendly and welcoming and the food was really tasty!!

Just returned from breakfast and what a disappointment it was. It's a buffet style but there was nothing out except beans and a few mushrooms swimming in water. There was no bread for toast either. Eventually a few items were replenished but not at the same time. Used to be so much better when you ordered off a menu and food was bought to you fresh and warm. We will not be returning

I was staying at the adjoining Premier Inn hotel and bought a "meal deal package" that included evening meal and breakfast. The menu has a good selection of burgers and grills and a good kids menu. I wasn't expecting anything special but my sirloin steak was a fairly good cut and cooked exactly how I requested (kudos to the chef). Breakfast is a hybrid affair, between 7am and 9am it's table service which means that each order is freshly cooked and brought to you. . After 9am it switches to a self service buffet. The staff on both breakfast and dinner duty were attentive, efficient and engaging. Overall a positive experience.

Really has gone downhill over the last few years. Went again yesterday and booked for 7pm, to get a phone call nearly 5pm asking if we can come in at 6.30pm with some excuse. Got there expecting place to be packed but there was a few tables being used. Told only that the 3 course boxing day menu is available at £26.95. Ordered the turkey and trimmings and the potatoes were overdone. I asked if they can take the plate back, but they said they will make some fresh roasties. Took so long that I had eaten the rest of the dinner (which was superb). Understood that they wanted us in early so they can close up the kitchen early.

Absolutely fantastic meal and even better service. All the staff seem happy to be at work and couldn't be more helpful

I had double crispy. The food was good. More than food, the service from Mo was excellent. He was very funny, polite and helpful. Very very pleasant experience. Thank you, Mo!

Food and wine not quality I expected. Ordered a glass of Merlot, but it certainly wasnt. The food was not the quality it should have been, crispy cauliflower was soggy, salt and pepper calamari was very small bits. Vegan burger overcooked. Chicken dish had cheese in it which was not on the menu...seems the food was made of of stuff that was 'left over'. Not a place I would ever consider returning to. Doubt it had a proper chef!
