   I used only Spa day pass with my daughters, we really liked it. The pool and jacuzzi was nice and warm, everything looks luxurious. There is shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and even body lotion. Powerfull hairdryer and also hair straightener. We felt pampered. It is quite pricey £35 for an adult, child £17.50 and younger £8. I used to have unlimited coffee/tea in this price but not anymore. I still recommend.

   We have just stayed at Solent hotel for 2 nights for our 2nd year anniversary stay, we honestly can not fault Solent hotel and spa. We got married here 2 years ago and could not ask for a better wedding! Everything was perfect and planned for us. A stress free wedding. Rio was absolutely fantastic! Our anniversary stay was just as perfect! We have been very well looked after. The spa and treatments were amazing, our hotel room was lovely and clean and spacious. The restaurant staff was lovely and polite, especially Daniele, she looked after us our whole stay and she was so friendly and helpful. We have had another brillant stay at Solent and will most definitely be returning :-) Thank you again, Mr and Mrs Carter x

   We had a really great time at the Solent Hotel, we were there for a Christmas joiner party and booked a night's stay as well. The room was spacious, clean, well equipped and we liked the little touches like sleep masks, sleep spray and super comfy robes as well as the little bottles in the fridge to help ourselves to the fresh milk and water stations on our floor. Such a fab idea! The bed and pillows were really comfortable and there were options to change pillows if needed too. The White company products in the bathroom were heavenly as well. The food and the party were fab as was an excellent buffet breakfast. As guests of the hotel we were also able to make use of the newly refurbished and lovely spa. All in all a great hotel and we would definitely stay again.

   My sister and I use your hotel as a much needed break from our busy jobs/ lives. We have often visited and we always enjoy our stay. The ambience and relaxation from the moment we walk into the hotel is truly wonderful. Something that is immensly important to us that is important in both our careers, is being made to feel welcome and sadly this time we had a 'few' shall I say 'starchy' encounters. The lady working on the spa on reception, we found a little frosty and at no time did she inform us about a broken boiler and a very cold swimming pool, this we discovered ourselves when we went for a swim!!? It would have been helpful to have told us. Also in the morning we rang reception at 8.30am about booking breakfast as we would normally book The receptionist told us we didnt need to book but didnt inform us that breakfast ended at 9.15am. We arrived at the reception at just past 9.15am to be told we were too late.!! The lady in question had very little bedside manner. However, we were then greeted by the lovely Louise who is always welcoming and friendly to us and told us it was fine as we were worrying we had missed breakfast. We both love this hotel , it is such a respite for us. We will continue to visit and recommend it , but it is imperative to make sure the staff are constant in their friendly manner and comunication especially to paying customers. ( I do not include all staff as most were lovely) Other than that, it was perfect , Thankyou

   From start to finish, our stay at the Solent Hotel and Spa was exceptional. The service from all the staff was outstanding — professional, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. When we had a small issue with the DVD player, it was fixed quickly and efficiently, showing just how attentive the team are. The hotel itself was spotless and very well presented, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. Our visit to the spa was wonderfully relaxed and comfortable — the perfect way to unwind. Dining (In-Room Package) The dining experience was another highlight of our stay. There was a wide variety of choices available, all beautifully presented and full of flavour. The hotel also catered perfectly for our dietary preferences, ensuring every meal was both suitable and delicious. The food overall exceeded our expectations — a real treat. We honestly cannot recommend this hotel enough. Thank you to everyone at the Solent Hotel and Spa for making our visit so memorable!

   Back from a lovely 2 night stay at the Solent Hotel & Spa. Everything was just perfect and to high quality. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. the food was outstanding - from breakfast, to snacks to dinner! We enjoyed a day in the spa which was clean and not too busy (until 3.30pm when families started to enjoy the pool) The spa is lovely and we had a very good back and shoulder massage. The staff were outstanding -all very friendly and nothing was too much for them. would highly recommend!

   A hotel just off J9 of the M27, with plenty of parking. It has a pool, gym & spa & it’s well designed & decorated with a unique layout as you enter the main doors & head inwards. We were there for a 3course dinner which was very tasty & served by pleasant & attentive staff. Would give it 5* if it was warmer!

   A few months back I had booked a massage for myself and my wife. Staff were great and received a phone call a day before the appointment to confirm that all was okay. When we arrived, we walked through the hotel reception lobby which had Xmas decorations. We got to the Spa reception and staff were friendly and greeted you with a smile, we were taken to a waiting area which was calming and relaxing. We were offered drinks and some food while we waited before going in for the massage. We were then taken through to enjoy our 1 Hour wave stone massage, highly recommended it. It's brilliant and you leave feeling relaxed and refreshed, Massage therapist's were absolutely great, thank you to all the staff. Will be returning in the near future.

   What a lovely hotel!! This is my first visit and it definitely won't be my last! The service was excellent, all of the staff, and I mean all, were of the highest level and always with a smile and friendly manner. Our room was just right with little extras, and nothing was too much trouble. Thank You!!!!

   If there were stars for the spa, it would be a 2 star. The restaurant was 3.5 star as we had a couple of negative experiences. The spa: We paid for 55 minute and 25 minute massages and facials. The 25 minute massages were only just 20 minutes. We complained and were refunded some of our money, which was fair. They stopped serving teas and coffees half way through the day - one of the things we like about the spa is that you can get a coffee by the pool :( they said they were too busy. Changing room and seating areas were not clean enough. Dinner was great. Good quality food and tasty. Very happy. However, breakfast was a whole other issue. Hair in our eggs florentine, totally raw fried egg, they forgot our toast until we asked for it and had to ask, and they only gave us enough tea for 2.5 cups full when there were 4 of us! All avoidable experiences, I thought. They had enough staff but they just weren't efficient or attentive enough.
