   Our two spoilt fur babies recently had a 16-day stay here. I felt terrible leaving them for that long, especially as they had only ever been away from home twice before, for a few days at a time, when they were very young. I visited the hotel before booking and liked the peaceful location and general feel of the place. I was given free rein to look around and told that I would be able to settle them in myself (the two previous catteries took the carriers at reception, so I didn't have a chance to say goodbye to them, or see where they would be sleeping). I was very impressed by the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms and the fact that they all have a separate bedroom, within the enclosure, so there was plenty of space for my little girl to get away from her needy brother, when she got fed-up with him! :-) When I booked them in, they both jumped straight in to one of the cosy caves and curled-up together, which put my mind at rest. I received daily videos of them being played with; being groomed and watching the local wildlife, on the nights they had free rein of the corridor. You could see they were settling-in more each day - which was due to the care and endless patience of Anastasia, Natalie and Elvyra. This hotel has all the comfort of home (including a television and toys to play with) and just has an air of calm and tranquillity about it. When I got them home, they had a quick check around the house and immediately settled back in, as if they had never been away. I would not hesitate to recommend this hard-working, patient, dedicated, happy team and will definitely be using the facilities again.

   Anastasia's was perfect for my cat, he was so settled there and has never been that chilled at a cattery, I won't take him anywhere else now. Loved the little updates I received and they gave him lots of fusses and played with him daily. Excellent place and couldn't recommend it more

   Anastasias Cat Hotel were amazing, my cat Elsie is an indoor cat and although she lives with a dog, she can be shy and timid with people she doesn't know. I was sent videos every day so I knew she was being cared for and played with. The rooms are lovely with great views to keep Elsie stimulated.They were absolutely brilliant and would highly recommend to anyone.

   I have a timid cat Mimi who has had varying experiences with other catteries, which is why I am always nervous leaving her. Anastasia took her time to settle Mimi in and really bonded with her. This was clearly evidenced in the videos Anastasia sent which showed Mimi playing and enjoying attention, acting how she usually does at home. The cattery is clean, quiet with lovely views for cats to enjoy. I can not recommend enough, I have already booked again and will only use Anastasia Cat Hotel from now on.

   Can highly recommend Anastasia's Cat Hotel! You can tell she has a lot of knowledge and cares a lot about the cats, and the cattery itself has a good amount of room and plenty of toys and structures for the cats to interact with. She sent regular update videos and photos over text and I could tell my cat was settled and happy there for his two week stay. Thank you!

   I cannot recommend this place enough. Anastasia and Co are the most amazing human beings and the effort they put into making the kitties happy is way beyond what we expected initially. Hanami is not a fussy cat but she is a very stubborn attention-seeker and very human-centred. She enjoys all the cuddles and attention and is always happy whenever we pick her up. There are daily updates with videos and our little traitor purrs loudly in every single one of them. In December, due to heavy snowfall, the airports were closed and we could not get back for another two days due to massive delays. Anastasia happily keep Hanami for an extra two days and took a huge weight off our minds. During Christmas, the kitties were given a luxury Xmas dinner and I think my cat was more well fed than I was. Thank you so so much for all the previous stays and the ones to come :)

   We have used Anastasia's Cat Hotel twice now. In 2021, we Initially visited the Cat Hotel to make sure we would be comfortable boarding our fur baby there while we were away. We were impressed with what we saw, and Misty checked in a few weeks later. This year we have an additional fur baby and in June, Anastasia's was our preferred choice, based on the previous years experience. We will definitely be boarding our fur babies at Anastasia's Cat Hotel again in the future. Sophie and Tracy

   Great cat hotel!! Rooms are spacious and very clean! It was our first time leaving Harvey at Anastasia’s hotel. As a kitten, Harvey has a lot of energy and requires a lot of attention. Each room is occupied with different toys and cat scratching posts. Moreover, Anastasia and her team were visiting Harvey, talking and playing with him at least twice per day, which helped him not to feel abandoned but loved and cared. Every room has a webcam that gives you access to your cat. You can watch your cat playing and sleeping anytime! Also, Anastasia was sending updates with pictures and videos on WhatsApp which was also very helpful. Harvey came back home happy as if it was him returning home from holidays :) He also received from Anastasia and brought back home some of his favourite toys :) We definitely recommend Anastasia’s cat hotel as a true five star resort for your pupil!

   This is the 2nd times our cat stays with Anastasia and I'm sure we will choose her again in the future! It is particularly important to us that the owner of the cattery loves animals and cats; and we are very pleased that Anastasia is definitely a cat lover and is experienced in taking great care of cats! The room is very spacious and clean; many toys and scratching posts are in the room already by the time we checked in Ras. One of the best things I like is the webcam in each room that you can check on your cat anytime. It surely helps me missing my cat a bit less. I've also received regular updates and photos of Ras from Anastasia during the stay which is very thoughtful. There is a special "hooman" who comes play with and talk to the cat everyday so the cat will not feel bored and isolated. Ras came home settled down very quickly. Overall, I'm very pleased with Anastasia's Cat Hotel and would definitely recommend it to my friends.
