   Amazing service by Katy and Sarah this weekend. We came in to look for wedding rings and couldn’t have asked for better service. They were both made us feel at ease after struggling to find what we were looking for elsewhere. The atmosphere was welcoming as soon as we walked in and both ladies were extremely knowledgeable and helpful, they spent time with us and we didn’t feel rushed or pressured.    It can only be 5* service for this sale, even though we Travelled 110 mile round trip to collect my new time peace in Milton Keynes GS, a nice Christmas and big birthday present to myself, which was a Tudor black bay chrono S&G, an excellent experience, dealing with William from start to finish was excellent service, I had a great choice of watches and no pressure from William so he sealed the deal with my 1st choice, even though he had my 2nd choice in stock as well and I couldn't get either of these watches closer to home, all the staff we very caring and made the whole experience memorable and I would 100% recommend this store in particular In Milton Keynes, the added bonus on a free set of B&O in ear headphones as this deal was on currently from GS, and an added nice touch of a bottle of fizz too. Thank you and keep up this level of excellent service and I will be back in the future for another time piece.

   My wife and I walked in ready to purchase a bracelet seen on thier website for over £700, but the assistant who greeted us, was busy playing with some paper wrapping and did not even put her head up to talk to us, or stop what she was doing, just said we don't have it here, but I can order it for you if you are interested. Needless to say we just walked out. I know £700 is not exactly the Kings ransom, but a sweet shop attendant treats thier customer better for far less spending than that.
