   Posting on behalf of someone else. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Recently purchased a 'sterling silver' item that tarnished within 2-3 hours. Contact on WhatsApp was dismissive, patronising, and generally unhelpful. After requesting a tracked postage service was not prepared to give a full refund, despite having the jewellery back, and did not acknowledge a request of considering the cost of the postage service within the 80% offered. So the business owner now has the ring back and can re sell it so they are not losing anything whilst the purchaser is out of pocket.

The seller was so kind that he even added beautiful silver feathers because I love wee thing attached to jelwery which I wear and honestly saying it is the most beautiful jelwery I could dream of!! The communication with seller was 5/5 and the ring is well made and looks stunning on my hand.
