   This was my first visit to the vets with my new kittens. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. I was seen to very quickly. The vet seemed genuinely caring towards my kittens. He handled them gently with great care. I did not feel rushed or like 'just another customer '. It was a very friendly and informative visit.

   Great service as always from Barton Veterinary Centre. Welcomed on reception by lovely staff. Our cat was in for his first year booster and health check and the nurse really looked after him. Gave him a fuss and made him as comfortable as possible when giving him jab. Always happy to bring our pets here.

   Rosie likes her visit to the vet. Admittedly she is an easy going dog but has to go at least once a month for her anal glands tied. They are so good and she’s never stressed. Always friendly and it’s never a problem getting an appointment. Reasonable prices too and they have a health plan which works very well for us. I wholeheartedly recommend Barton vets

   We had a wonderful experience at Barton Veterinary Center with our kitten Mimi’s first visit for her vaccination and microchip. The vet was absolutely brilliant, she was gentle and reassuring with Mimi, and took the time to explain everything clearly to us throughout the appointment. Her calm and informative approach really helped put both myself and my daughter at ease, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. We also want to give a big thank you to the lovely lady on reception, who made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we walked in. She went above and beyond to ensure we had Mimi signed up for the correct kitten plan, taking the time to go through all the details and answer our questions with patience and kindness. Overall, we were very happy with the service we received and, most importantly, the care Mimi was given. We feel confident knowing she’s in such good hands, and we’re grateful for such a positive first experience. Highly recommend Barton Veterinary Center!

   We can’t thank Scott enough for seeing our dog, Ruggie, straight away when she had a bone stuck on her jaw today! Scott was calm, caring, and incredibly compassionate throughout what was a very stressful situation.    I had taken my dog to Barton vets as my usual winterton vets did not have a vet . I was very happy however with my visit and will always use them in the future. Was very friendly and welcoming as I sat in reception. I was apprehensive as my dog gets very nervous. The vet Martin took his time to reassure pepsi and give her treats . And she was so much calmer than she has ever been before. Thankyou.

   My little chap has heart problems and after my visit and medication for him he is doing so much better I would definitely endorse this vets only reason for not giving 5 stars was a lady vet was so ignorant to my feelings but once I spoke to another vet I wont be seeing her no more wonderful vets

   Our cat had an accident. He was seen within an hour of ringing. Great care was shown for his wellbeing in a thorough and gentle manner and his antibiotics were provided straight away. We were really impressed by the service.

   In laws uses this centre for a long time and so naturally we are now too. They have always been caring and attentive to our dog. From her puppy days to now the service and staff have been fantastic. It might be expensive, but you get what you pay for and it is for the good health of your dog. I recommend.
