   Excellent gym. Well stocked with equipment, great pool and spa facilities. Good value for money despite recent price increases. Staff are all helpful and friendly. Can get busy at peak times but better than most gyms I’ve experienced.

   Seriously thinking about removing my son from swimming lessons. As much as the swimming lessons are good, the staff are excellent; I cannot understand for the life of me, why the pool is kept too cold for little ones. They actually have blue lips and are shivering! They might enjoy the lessons more if that pool is kept at more of a decent temperature. Please sort it out!!! Thank you

   What once used to be a great gym for the local community is now just a gym full of students using it as a hangout! The gym is small but offers enough basic equipment to carry out a workout! Unfortunately all the college students have ruined this, every evening until 8-9 o’clock the gym is full of kids, who hang around in groups on the equipment just having a social catch up. Many of the facilities are dirty, and every time you walk past reception you see a collection of staff just hiding in the back office. It seems that Everyone Active just wants to get as much money as possible by offering a below average service. Strongly think twice before signing up to this gym!

   My first visit there , so I've only seen the gym. My wellness app barcode , didn't work , but this appears to be an issue between the 2 companies. However the lady on reception was really patient and helpful and got me set up. The gym was very well equipped , not too busy and lots of natural light Pretty impressed

   Avoid... I have had to cancely membership! I am a disabled member at this centre, unfortunately the equipment that I need to use and access are broken. They have been broken for weeks.. I have rang again today to be told still broken and will be for the next week at least.. I said about a refund as I can't use the facility due to this being broken. I practically got laughed at! Rude, unhelpful and constantly on disrepair.. disgusting.

   (Swim Lessons). Staff are lovely. Facilities are good. The only issue I have is the space - the changing rooms are SO small and there’s never enough room - people getting their children changed in the hallways, toilets, outside because the space just cannot cope with the amount of students. The issue is the same in the waiting foyer during lessons - about 15 chairs for 40/50 parents and a tiny window that everyone crowds around in an attempt to watch their child. They don’t seem to update their swim goals very often either - I know my daughter has done most of the things on there but according to the app she hasn’t. Swim teachers are lovely though and fab teachers - I’ll stay just for them.

   No issues with leisure centre/gym itself but electric parking spaces quite often occupied by non electric vehicles, which makes charging a bit of a lottery. Some signs up recently but often ignored. Loads of parking so that isn't a reason!! Could this be looked at please? Update: still an issue, visit today, all spaces taken up with non electric or plug in cars, signage ignored. Waste of time having these chargers here. Loads of other spaces in car park. If centre staff could occasionally check to deter this happening that would be good.
