   I'm possibly biased as I was the Leader of the Council at the time the leisure centre was built. At the time there was a lot of debate whether it should be built or the facilities at the FE college expanded. 30 years on, as a unfit member of the public I think it was definitely the right decision. The facilities are excellent and good value. But what especially makes the centre a wonderful facility are the staff. From reception to pilates to the cleaners to everybody else, the staff are encouraging and lovely.

   Worst experience of my life ... Was so looking forward to taking my son to socialise with other children at swimming lessons. Teachers wouldn't turn up then they wanted me switch days to turn up to a class where I was the only person there. Felt absolutely gutted after months of trying to attend lessons. Absoute waste of time amd felt really let down

   I don't know who is so rich or important but to close changing room due to "private" session is absolute pisstake. Plus poor condition, maintenance and tired look....

   Daventry Everyone active is disgusting. The dry changing rooms stink and are dirty, the swimming changing rooms are filthy and the soft play area looks like it’s never been cleaned. I took my 1 year old to soft play, the ball pit balls are all squashed, the pads are dirty, there was all grub, dirt and crumbs between the mats, the ceiling tiles are missing or damaged and the carpet is pulled and dirty. You allow people to hold birthday parties in there. You should be ashamed!!

   Staff smiling and helpful all the time... good part! Bad part!...Most of the cubicle at the pool are filthy and not fit for purpose..... missing hooks for hanging or locks doesn't work! - need a deep clean and refurb...No music at all at the pool in the morning and with all the old people around ... feel like an old people hospice. Depressing.
