“Plenty of parking on Weekdays and good clean toilets. There is a small cafe with an outdoor area useful to shelter from the odd rainy day. The walks around the lake are popular with dog walkers and parents with smaller children”

“Popped in with friends while at the motorbike festival, got signed in by someone, staff friendly and helpful. 2 nice snooker tables as well as pool and darts. Nice big balcony outside. Prices were very good”

“I'm possibly biased as I was the Leader of the Council at the time the leisure centre was built. At the time there was a lot of debate whether it should be built or the facilities at the FE college expanded. 30 years on, as a unfit member of the public I think it was definitely the right decision. The facilities are excellent and good value. But what especially makes the centre a wonderful facility are the staff. From reception to pilates to the cleaners to everybody else, the staff are encouraging and lovely.”
