They diagnosed the problem with a tyre and although they initially though the tyre could be repaired, it couldn't, but as their pricing was so reasonable I was happy to buy replacement tyres. The service I received was quick and very efficient, especially from Vicki in the office who went above and beyond anything I could expect. Although I do not normally write reviews, I felt the service was so exceptional that I would make an exception myself! Well done Vicki, you are a credit to your employer.”

I've had both of my cars to them in the past week and I'm confident that I will now be a regular. The building is impressive and reassuringly well presented with no mess or parts lying around! Also I got a courtesy car which helped! Pauline and Craig were great to deal with. Responding to e-mails promptly and keeping me informed as to what was happening with my car. My Toyota went in for a full service and came out driving smoother, braking better and running about 5mpg+ improved. Craig explained fully what was on my invoice and why he'd done it so he could help me better understand what had been done. I genuinely feel that other places that i've had my car service with have cheated me and this is the first time my car has actually been LOOKED at! Will definitely be back and thanks to Pauline, Craig and Robert.”
