We could not wait for having a proper beef goulash and loved what we received. We followed that with a selection of Hungarian cakes and to complete our experience, we were invited to the basement shop offering eastern-european products, of which many were Czech, so we happily made a little shopping of our most favourite and missed treats. “Out of the fever dream that was the Book of Mormon at HMT we were thrust into the fire of Aberdeen past 10 pm on a Thursday. A Rare sight? The locals stumbling past Drummonds were not. Belmont Chipper, the famed Belmont St Kebabs? The usual offering of late night eateries was not cutting the mustard. “food” - the google maps search of the desperate. Five Guys? Chopstix? Monsoona? What could this possibly be? A short walk away and we entered what could only be described as an oasis to the inhospitable desert of Union Street. A Desi paradise of popadoms and paneer. We had a tasty veggie selection, the staff were friendly and accommodating and the music had us screwing in notional lightbulbs, 10/10.”

My sister tried their biscoff waffles and loved it as well. The staff was really kind and helpful, we had a lovely lunch in this quiet, cozy place.”

“The sushi arrived well packed and in good shape. They were nicely placed in the boxes. There was enough soy sauce and wasabi as well as ginger in the boxes. They were very tasty. I loved each and everyone one of them. I didn’t really love the sushi which had spicy mayo on them, I felt like the mayo was slightly overpowering but it was edible and I still enjoyed it. Sushi were filled well and had right proportions of all products in my opinion. The price is good.”

“Came here last night at the recommendation of a previous teacher of mine having moved to Aberdeen for university, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Being American, we had high standards for this type of food, especially in terms of authenticity. We were highly impressed, especially by their wings. Our server Becky was amazing, and was on top of it. We thank Sarah for her hospitality as well, and will 100% be coming back soon.”

“What a cracking wee place!!! Awesome food, fab service just lacking atmosphere a bit. Seated on time, full menu explained to us along with the specials but we had decided before we got there!!! Only complaint was the type of burger bun, the lid pretty much disintegrated when we put into it, meaning that the filling was allmlvet the place and not so much a burger anymore. We'll be back for sure!!!”

“Amazing experience from here. We tried their Korean fried chicken, which was the right sauce on top and covered with perfectly cooked chicken inside. Also tried their beef Bulgogi, which was thin slices of beef, marinated in their sauce for 24 hours! Excellent food, friendly staff as well. “Firstly. Service: phenomenal, was greeted instantly, kind and soft spoken server and our water jug was refilled when it wasn’t even empty. The way my jaw dropped at the level of sophistication this place has (even at almost 1am). Please come here is your unsure as I could not recommend more. Furthermore the actual drinks here are delicious and well thought out, plus, the mixologists know what they’re on about here. I referenced a drink from a video game and one of the bartenders knew what is was, told me and said he could make it if I wanted. 6 stars!!!!”
