“Beautiful community center with tons of local programming. The cafe inside is delicious as well.”
“We were looking for a last-minute Christmas Panto for our 2 year old and managed to get some seats just behind the front row. It was a small but passionate production, the main characters all really put their heart into it and our son loved it (the smaller roles were done by children 5-10yr, which really drew his focus into the show as it was more relatable). We were tempted to go a second time, but sadly, we couldn't make it. Great performance, and around 1/3 the price of the cheapest seats at Waterfront or Opera House.”
“Great night's craic watching Aaron Butler record his radio show. Brilliant wee venue”
“Fantastic exhibitions and really interesting art!! Incredibly informative and friendly staff. Best value for money cup of tea at the Cafe ☕. Lovely few hours spent and such a beautiful building.”
“The Crescent is a great venue and quite intimate too. Have seen a few bands here and always enjoy it. No drinks license, so it’s a case of bring your own wine or beer only. Glasses supplied.”
“I had soup sandwich combo the sandwich was well filled the soup was thick Enough .it was nice but I think it needed more stock cubes added .staff was lovely ..”
“Visited this remarkable venue a few weeks ago to see the Farmers Choir Spring Concert, and most impressed with both! The theatre is very comfortable and the choir put on a great show. All in all a most enjoyable evening.”
“I was with my grandaughter watching The little shop of horrors. It was amazing. From the little children right up to the adults. Everything was first class.”
“We went to see a play in this charming theatre, it is an old church and has a very welcoming feeling. I will definitely be attending other productions.”
“We booked our daughters 5th birthday party through dudes and divas and it was brilliant. The girls organised everything and took away all the stress. The party was fantastic, the girls that hosted the party were energetic, kind and made sure every child at the party was included. The games, music and "snow" at the end went down a storm. The party bags were perfect. My daughter had a wonderful party and is already planning her 6th party there. We also booked the summer scheme for this year and I couldn't recommend it enough. Again the girls were fantastic, it was a reasonable price and my daughter loved the entire week. Dudes and Divas is a wonderful place.”
“It is a fantastic cosy performance space, a great theatre to have in our city a place open to rent as the seats can go back ,opening up hall for so many uses,”
“We first met Sinead years ago when she was teaching in Crescent Arts Centre in Belfast and were devastated when she fully moved all the classes to Banbridge, since we live quite a distance away. But over Covid-19 isolation and all the world going online, our daughter could come back to Sinead and has been studying online with her since. It's been such a brilliant journey throughout the years! Sinead's certainly very professional, on top of all things, empathic and gentle. But she's also much more than these qualities - the classes are funny, creative, aspiring, educational, and there's always a healthy balance of competitiveness and mutual support. Strongly recommend, did recommend, will keep recommending! :)”
“Great place to perform some arts”
“Fantastic theatre, always something unique and different on, staff friendly and excellent drama classes for all ages, weekly vintage films, and the annual pantomime makes me a regular attendee at the web!”
“An amazing school, I would highly recommend Lagan to any P7s”
“Dancing is a hard profession! Finding the right dance school and teacher is key to your child’s success. My daughter has been dancing with Neil for nearly 3 years. During that time she has excelled under his tuition. His professionalism and expertise is second to none. The Company is a safe, fun, happy place where little dancers can make memories and older dancers can follow their dreams x”
“Went to a read through of the Last Dance podcast. Great acoustics. Small but welcoming performance space. Will take notice of it now.”
“I love going there and dancing. The studio has a good atmosphere, and the teachers are really kind.”
“One of the most active community groups you will ever encounter, with programmes for all”
“Absolute 10 outta 10 experience”
“Absolutely fantastic. Attended the Sunday matinee of Cinderella and it was non stop laughter. Looking forward to seeing you all again next year”
“What a great company Cahoots are. Their work is class & they're a true Cultural Gem in Belfast”
“Lovely old red brick building with lots of light and plants. Staff are very helpful and friendly and came out to help me find my way in. I'd suggest using public transport as I couldn't see much parking. I attended a rehearsed reading and heard only positive comments from the people involved about their experience at Prime cut.”
“We had a workshop with Sara for my company and it was so beneficial! Every member of the team got personalised help from Sara and we enjoyed every minute. I personally got loads of help being a louder & more confident speaker, with techniques & actions I could genuinely put in place the following week in a speaking role I had. There's no way I would have been as successful or as calm about it without Sara's help!”
“I was doing a uplift show and I loved it. The best part was that know one was left out. I done a show last night and now looking forward to doing one tonight again.”
“Consistently excellent, often challenging, it is always worth being in the audience for one of their productions. Tinderbox have been the launchpad for countless writers and actors careers - many now household names and they have produced some of the most exciting new work to come out of Northern Ireland over the last couple of decades.”
“Excellent school .the best in Ireland .my children enjoy this so much . Would highly recommend . ❤️❤️❤️❤️”
“Fantastic studio, Laura is a great teacher”
