“We went to see A Christmas Carol and it was amazing. I've lived hear Reading gorgeous over 25 years and this is my first time visiting the Rep. It definitely will not be my past. Can't wait for future productions”
“Razzamataz has been such an incredible opportunity for our children. We arrived in England a few years ago, and our Razz Trial was one of the first big events for my kids - all 3 of them felt accepted, loved, and encouraged from the moment they arrived! Their 2 years with Razz has truly helped to mold them into confident and kind humans. Debbi and her team have built a safe and positive environment for kids to express themselves and be celebrated for who they are.”
“Highly recommend! My daughter loves Stagecoach Reading Caversham , she has thrived with the excellent teaching and, she’s inspired by their talent and practical performing experience of the staff. In addition to the regular performances, she has also had multiple opportunities to perform in the west end for an evening and also obtaining qualifications (lamda). A wonderful environment!”
“Our son is loving the afternoon group at Reading West - he's met such a lovely group of children of a range of ages. Older children who can inspire and motivate him, others of the same secondary school age who he can relate to and connect with and younger children who he likes to support. Each week he returns full of smiles and enthusiasm about the drama activities they have covered and he loves working towards a performance or showcase every term. Yasmin and her team make this fun, supportive and a brilliant opportunity for anyone interested in any aspect of drama to learn while having a great time.”
“I cannot recommend YEM enough! We have been with them for a number of years now and they just keep getting better. Their genuine care and passion for all students shines through in everything they do, from the skills taught in all classes to the support for mental health and well-being. Our daughter’s confidence has increased tenfold since she has been part of the YEM family - they encourage, support and develop and allow the children to showcase their skills on stage at their ‘big’ show bi-annually, with a smaller family showcase the alternating year. In the words of my daughter - join YEM because it teaches you so much, it’s made me so confident, it’s fun and I just love it!”
“A great dance school with lots of styles to choose from. The teachers have a brilliant attention to detail in their teaching, are kind and nurturing. My daughter loves attending.”
“I owe my entire professional career to Miss Sarah. I came to her when I was 13, and I know that it was her passion, knowledge and exceptional teaching that won me scholarships to Dance & Musical Theatre colleges. Most dance schools have a separate teacher for each discipline (ballet, tap, jazz etc). Miss Sarah was my ballet teacher, my jazz teacher and my tap teacher, because she is at the top of her profession in every genre. The dedication, belief and energy she gives to every one of her pupils is unbelievable. She puts her heart and soul into her students and her classes. And you only have to look at The Lodge's exam results, and the success rate in getting her students in to full-tine professional colleges, to see the level of dancers that she produces. I am proud to have been trained by her, and am proud to put The Lodge School Of Theatre Dance in the programme of every West End show I have done. And more than the dancing, she taught me the discipline, respect and motivation that I carry with me to this day.”
“Read college have given me the skills set to get into drama school. I have had the best year of learning new dance styles and gaining confidence with my singing.”
“Excellent theatre school, my daughter has thoroughly enjoyed her first term with Tiffany and her team! The production of Frozen was excellent.”
“Effective and appropriately varied teaching styles for different age groups and types of people.”
“We love it. A dedicated, experienced, kind staff.”
“This is such a fantastic school. Leanne did an amazing ballet workshop at my daughter’s birthday party. She came with one of her students who did a beautiful dance and then kids had lots of fun dancing together under Leanne’s guidance. Everything was as so professional and prompt, just fantastic. Thank you so much. Highly recommend.”
“This is an Incredible dance school. My daughter has been with Azure for many years. A real family environment with amazing teachers. Highly recommended to any child looking to follow their dreams.”
“My daughter Aarohi has been going here for 4 years now, and it is one of her favourite places to be! In these 4 years we've seen Aarohi grow into loving the stage and learning to be a beautiful performer. The teachers are very encouraging and give space to the children to express themselves, come up with ideas and let them run with it. The Principals Danica and James are lovely people who put their all into running this and they are amazing with the children. The summer and easter camps are also absolutely great if you need a good taster for your child.”
“I have recently seen 'Singing in the Rain'. What a fabulous performance! Brilliant production and such a joy in a doom and gloom world!”
“I've been meaning to write a review for quite a while. My son is 4 years old and has been going to theatre train for about a year. We started going to help his confidence and he absolutely loves it. I cried when I saw him in his first show and loved hearing how proud he was of himself. He used to be very nervous going in by himself and now happily walks in. I catch him singing songs to himself in the car or in bed or sometimes he'll tell me a song he knows and we can sing it together. I can't sing their praises enough Tiffany, Michelle, Bella, everyone helps make him feel at ease and it feels like a family.”
“So amazing everyone's is super nice and no one is judgy. Even in covid-19 times they're still fabulous”
“Such a brilliant performing group, seeing my daughter go from shy, litttle confidence to a confident independent female. Brilliant opportunities for rising stars”
“Wonderful performing arts classes. I highly recommend Stagecoach as it has boosted my children's confidence and social skills”
“I think that Perform is a positive group. The teachers are exceedingly encouraging about our dancing, singing and acting. This is why I chose this drama group over all the others. Personally, I would recommend this group to anyone who's interested. (Ruby 9)”
“Jamie always comes out smiling and tells us very loudly how much fun he's had. This is perfect for our son and Charlotte is not only really engaging for him for she's such a positive and dedicated teacher which I think reflects on the children.”
“A* training for those looking to go into musical theatre professionally, or just doing it for fun. Top qualified teachers. And the first class is free! Highly recommended :)”
“Amazing teachers, brilliant community, and an overall good vibe with brilliant, high quality productions”
