We had a chat about what I wanted doing which was, front bumper full respray, bonnet fixing and painting and blending it all in. He gave me a reasonable price to do the work and booked me in. Over the few days he had my car he kept me updated with the progress, I really appreciated being kept in the loop. Then gave me a phone call when it was all finished.
