“From the moment I made contact with the team at Solihull, It seemed that I mattered. At my first visit I was given not only all the information I could ask for, but also a gentleness and personal care that was to be honest quite unexpected. The day I went to have the implants fitted I was still slightly dreading what would happen, but I was helped to feel safe and actually remember nothing of the actual process. The temporary fitting worked really well, I was shown how to look after it and on the follow up visit given an electric toothbrush, a water flosser, and other bits and pieces. Most importantly I never felt judged or inadequate in any way. I wouldn't want to single anyone out as Mr Shergill and all the nursing and admin staff were professional, cheerful and kind. And I am not only delighted with the final result, I thank them all for making the experience so easy.”

“Good reliable service from the guys here. Only 1 small complaint is the booking system, they have 2 garages locally, they take bookings from Lode Lane centre but not from Thornhill Rd centre, this creates confusion and occasional delays. So just check which centre the booking is for before arriving.”
