“Thanks Luke excellent work today I found him to be really friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful. Found Luke on eBay having contacted him he sent me his number to give him a call where he explained the whole story how he had managed to secure new headlight units directly from the manufacturer something Vauxhall can't do. During the call he explained why he needed a deposit I was a bit apprehensive at first but decided to trust him so glad I did otherwise my car would of gone to the scrapyard for the sake of a headlight. I arrived at his unit @ 10am and was on my way home new headlight fitted and fully set up and tested in an hour. His knowledge on Vauxhall's was really good and he explained everything has he was carrying out the work and refitted my bumper correctly as it had been incorrectly fitted when I had some work done a couple of years ago. Would definitely recommend Luke and if I need anything else that Vauxhall can't get hold of first port of call would be Luke as he'll probably be able to source parts or knows where to get work done. “Absolutely amazing service - I had travelled up from stoke when my engine light started coming on. Turns out the flywheel was on its way so at midday I tried multiple garages around West Brom to see if there was any way anyone could get it fixed today. No one was able to help, but Av auto centre got me in ASAP, all the guys here super friendly and they were totally honest in saying what parts I did and didn't need replacing, . Totally recommend and in all honesty I'm half considering making the drive up here next time my car needs to go into the garage because the service has been much better than I've ever received elsewhere! “A different garage diagnosed a cracked inlet manifold on our Discovery 4 which had already been replaced 10k miles ago. Oval autos managed to fit us in the next day as we have a holiday pending and a caravan to tow which is not ideal with restricted performance. Turns out it was a small pipe required only. They were super honest which resulted in the bill being a lot lot lower than anticipated. Second time using and will definitely use again.”

My camper van was sitting without an engine for 10months as I couldn’t find anyone that would fit us a new engine, I finally came across KTech and they got it sorted, the communication was great and they did a great job, they worked late into the evening to have it ready in time for an event I really wanted to go to. “Severe discrepancy about transparency and honesty. Booked them through bookmygarage where they advertised they will come to my place but on the day they claim they dont provide this service although it has been advertised like it. The quote was 119 but they charged my 154 for "extra" oil they have to put in. When i enquire about the proof they didnt give me any. Owner was not even sure that oil change is included in the full service. Hilarious. How come bookmygarage give exact amount to be charged if they are not sure how much is it gonna cost. Very pathetic service Update to this review Mr Ayaz personally contacted me and offered an apology and explaination of the bill discrepency. I was really impressed with his commitment for better customer services. He has returned me the extra amount charged. I am changing my ratings from 1 to 5 star for his explaination and being honest. Thumbs up and keep up the good service.”
