Everyone acts every day in real life (sure that Shakespeare said something about that) so why not make it fun! Every Thursday (bar school holidays) with the first lesson being free. Even though unfortunately due to the football we didn’t get many models we have been rebooked for another day to ensure we are 100% happy with our work. The trainers are fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. There wasn’t one question unanswered. Also there is a rep called Sue, she is absolutely AMAZING. “The place for gas training and assessments in the West Midlands. Matt and Ian instantly put you at ease with their mixture of compassion and humour. A home from home, the relaxed atmosphere is the ideal situation to get you through the training and exams. So thankful our in house course was full and we were sent here. Deserves a 6th star ⭐”

“This is my regular coffee place as I work nearby. The staff are always very courteous and friendly and ensure that I do not forget to accrue Food Fellow points on the app. They also ensure that I do not miss on any deals e.g there are lunchtime deals including a drink, snack and a sandwich. When I purchased a snack and a sandwich and also ordered a coffee they made me aware that it is cheaper to have the Lunchtime deal so I added a drink. Thank you!”

“Smart start is an excellent nursery, my daughter attended there and my son has just finished ready for school. My boy attended since he was 14 months and I was very nervous as he was very young and wasn’t sure how he would settle in a completely new setting for 2 full days. Smart start assured me and have to say he was very happy there and has grown up to be a confident, smart and well mannered 4 year old. I was assured as the nursery is secluded with security gates and a good environment around them. With a personal chef which you know that your boy will be eating healthy. Thankyou to all the staff from baby to preschool room and everyone at reception. One of the best nurseries in the area so far.”

The majority of the time was spent in doors and we didn’t get much communication from the staff. It’s been the complete opposite since joining World Outside Kindergarten. Our child skips to nursery, really looks forward to going, has great relationships with the staff and importantly for us as parents we get regular comms at the door and via an app to keep us up to date with what’s going on.
