“Hi There I've always used Bhandal In Cradley. But Since COVID i haven't been,i tried ringing quite a few times only to be 14 in the Que. (this is not a criticism ) .So i tried Bhandal Colley Gate,got through straight away and made an appointment for the next day.Fantastic. On having a few moments spare i looked at the reviews for Colley gate ,some of the reviews were ok ,but two fairly recent ones didn't make such good reading.I thought "o dear what have i done". I can only speak as i find ,i have had dealings with three members of staff one being the dentist and i cant fault the staff at all, on all occasions polite jokey pleasant more than helpful, i was at ease all the time and would recommend this practice based on my experience , one last thin my partner has moved her too. “Have always taken my car for MOT / Services. I have had a couple of issues with my car recently, needing a new wet belt being the biggest one. Keith arranged to collect my car and it was repaired within 3 days (happy me). Recently I had a water leak, was unsure whether it was coolant matrix or a pipe. Keith prepared me for the worst case scenario, but made my day when it was a pipe issue only. Repaired within 48 hours and even dropped back to my home. I would 100% recommend this company.”
