The gentleman who answered, Danny, was incredibly polite, charming, and professional. Despite being busy, he managed to fit my car in for an MOT on the same day – something I truly appreciated. The service was quick and efficient. My car was ready even sooner than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. While I waited, the waiting area was comfortable enough and made the short wait easy. What really stood out, though, was Danny’s excellent customer care. After the MOT, he went through the paperwork with me also provided some quotes for servicing and tyres, (that I’d asked for) but there was absolutely no pressure or sales push – just clear, helpful information. I felt completely respected as a customer, and it was refreshing to deal with someone who was so happy, courteous and professional throughout. All in all, it was a seamless and stress-free MOT experience. Ran like clockwork! I wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend this centre to others. Thank you, Danny and the team at Foleshill Road!”

“I attended VETS Now emergency clinic in Coventry on Saturday afternoon with my kitten who was vomiting + hadn't eaten for 2 days, on the advice of a vet I consulted prior to going. It was stressful as I was on my own + my kitten was in obvious distress. The reception staff were lovely + engaged with me from the out set. I had to wait about 20 mins to see a vet but when I did she immediately explained the situation + was very mindful of the stressful situation I was in +, more importantly, the cost of the visit, so wasn't about to offer any treatment not needed at that point, which I found extremely refreshing. She treated my kitten after a thorough examination + explain what to expect in the following days + how to go forward . I was very reassured + my kitten improved almost immediately. The only downside is the cost of the whole experience. To just walk through the door is over £300, ( I was advised of this before going). However, as my insurance company cap the emergency cost at £200 I am now out of pocket by over £100, which just adds to the stress of it all. I know that is down to my insurance company's policy but I am guessing it's the same with most insurance companies. No one attends an emergency clinic if they don't have to, + not all people have insurance etc. I, personally, don't know how they arrive at the £300 plus fee but it would be nice if it could be brought down to a little closer to the amount most insurance companies accept + pay.”

A long journey that at times has been difficult with those within the practice sometimes failing to show real understanding and compassion to their patients. Robyna was my dentist for yours and I always found her very pleasant and professional. Sadly of late this wasn’t the case until after a slight emergency I came under the wing of Amit Hindocha and his team. What a breath of fresh air they are in a profession which at times has been much maligned for the difficult work they do. Over the past 2 visits to the practice I have found him to be most understanding and his bed side manner is of the highest order. At last a professional who takes the time out to explain the procedures which at times are difficult and can be painful. At times over the years I have felt that some dentists don’t really care about their patients and the so called bed side manner almost none existent.
