“I absolutely hate the dentist! I have an extreme phobia, which has caused me to leave issues with my teeth that could of been fixed, iv avoided treatment and now there is nothing that can be done to save them. I need to have several extractions, and a denture fitted, I have been also avoiding having this done partly from fear but also I felt judged by the previous dentist at bandhal. I attended an appointment today , and saw the new dentist here for the 1st time and she was absolutely lovely, kind caring completely made me feel at ease. Thankyou.”

“I needed an emergency appointment this morning for my 7yr old daughter and spent more than a couple of hours calling dentists without success. Alum Rock Dental Care agreed at very short notice to see her. In the meantime my local dentist called me back with a cancellation slot so we never attended The Alum Rock practice but when I was struggling they offered me help which was greatly appreciated at the time.”
