The only downside through no fault of theirs was the time it has taken to get the replacement door. To say I am pleased is an understatement my vehicle is now as good as new and I’m thrilled with an excellent first class job done. Julie on Reception has always been very friendly and helpful the many many times I have called for a progress on the door. I have also dealt with Mike and Steve and they have always been a pleasure to deal with. “I went in to the Erdington store due to me having a broken windscreen wiper I was having problems with using the website to book an appointment . I was welcomed by Jordan. I explained my problem to Jordan, who then assessed the damage and he measured the wiper. He didn’t have it in stock, but he went on the phone made a phone call and he ordered it for the same day, I was then booked in to go back in later in the afternoon due to personal problems. I was unable to make my appointment and I called Jordan explaining that and he was more than happy to accommodate me coming in on Monday. When I got there on Monday morning, he remembered me I could tell he was multitasking between fixing cars and answering the phone and supporting his colleagues he still fitted me in an did the job really fast and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes He went above and beyond to assure that he gave me an amazing service with amazing customer service to follow really want to say a big thank you I’m not confident when it comes to cars so to have somebody who is more than willing to help and to assure that everything is working right Really put my mind at ease and I can honestly say when I visit back there I wouldn’t want no other mechanic. thank you again Jordan your a star ⭐️”

“Had an emergency app for extraction of a wisdom tooth that was very curved and was told by previous dentist it would be hard to remove. Today had it removed by these guys they werent fantastic. Great after care aswell. Highly recommended”

“I am extremely grateful to Peacock Heating. Des fitted a combi boiler in my dad's house. My dad had recently come out of hospital to find his old central heating system completely broken. Des came out quickly and spent time explaining things to my dad. His quote was extremely competitive and he kindly agreed to fit the boiler as soon as possible ( within 10 days). He arrived lon time and completed the work in 1 day ( other companies had not only quoted higher prices but had said the work would take 3-5 days). Des spent time explaining how to use the new system to my dad. He left the house in a clean and tidy state. My father was very pleased with the finished product and finds it easy to use. I have been incredibly impressed with Peacock Heating from start to finish. Des is a total professional and clearly knows what he's doing! I loved that he sent a message and a link to track him on the day of the fitting so we would know exactly when he would arrive.This message came with his picture so that my father would be able to safely let him into the property.
