“Had a service done on my car at a large car dealership in Halesowen. I was quoted over £500 for repairs that apparently needed to be carried out urgently. The faults were not explained in detail eventhough I asked several times. I sought a second opinion at Lee's Auto's. I felt very welcome and my questions were answered easily, with such warmth too. To cut a long story short, my car was fixed there and then ( I hadn't booked an appointment) and it cost me waaaay less than the original £500+ quoted! I would have happily paid more just for the great customer service alone. Thank you Jamie and all other staff at Lee's Auto's. This is not simply about getting my car fixed, it is also about the genuine nature of this place. Replaced with neat new manifold and electrical control box and smart thermostats. Workmanship is excellent ( shame it is hidden in a cupboard!) Found a couple of other issues around the boiler and fixed those FOC. Thoroughly recommend him.”
