I m on a mobility scooter and he made sure i was comfortable and could see everything, a credit to the company”

“Was looking for new furniture not entirely sure what my husband & I wanted as we only have a small space. Instead of buying the first thing we saw we wanted to think it over and make sure we bought the right thing. A lovely lady Aaliyah took the ideas we had and our personal needs and showed us around, answered any questions we had and was very helpful and polite. My husband and I decided to go away and think over our options since we had a better idea. After returning several weeks later Aaliyah was again on shift. Very welcoming to see us back and polite. Such a friendly, helpful, chatty person was very glad she that she was in store to get the commission of the two, 2 seaters we ended up buying. Very patient even though the store was closing we didn't feel rushed or nothing. Had a chance to speak with Rich, another sales assistant who I might add was also very polite, chatty, and friendly. He gave us a chuckle as I believe he may of thought he was a bird, walking around the store flapping his arms cause of the heat. Great bunch of people, Great customer service, very helpful and very friendly. First time buying large furniture in a while and didn't feel pressured by staff to purchase. Wish all companies were like this! Very excited and looking forward to our new furniture. Will definitely be shopping there again in the future and recommending the shop to family who are looking for a new 3 piece. Aaliyah definitely needs a promotion or a pay rise read several reviews with people praising her customer service.”

“It’s not often that I write reviews, I'm probably one of those that just expects good service, however dealing with Worcester Timber Products I felt compelled to leave a review as their service was nothing short of 5 gold stars. Ordered a number of fence panels and left a special instruction asking if I could get them by the weekend. I got the automated reply to say thanks for the order it will be 7-10 days. Long story short I got a second email to say I would get them the next day which was less than 24 hours which tells me someone read my request. The team where extremely courteous when they dropped them off and ther went above and beyond by placing them where I needed them, not just dumping them at the gate like so many companies do. Thank you to all.”

“Clean, well stocked, spacious and very well thought out for scooter users. Staff went out of their way to help me with items out of my reach several times and showed no sign of being irritated by having to stop what they were doing to help me . Staff at this location have worked here for years so I think that the manager must be running a nice working environment for them or we would see staff changes as we do at some other stores .”

“We did a full bathroom refit back in Jan 2023 (forgot to write this sooner), new sink, toilet, bath, tiling, units the whole 9 yards. We made several trips to the showroom to look at what they had available after deciding the looks and quality at Norgrove suited us far better than any other showroom we'd visited. On each visit we were met with a friendly welcome and the guy really knew his stock so was able to show us in the catalogue examples of things we might like that matched based on the styles we described and also offered alternatives for us to consider, many of which we agreed with further proving he knows his stock. There were 2 hiccups during our ordering process (1 our fault, 1 their fault) but in both cases he bent over backwards to solve them so that we walked away with what we wanted. Would highly recommend buying from here. Might be a bit pricy compared to other places like B&Q etc, but the quality is better and many of the units come premade and ready to go which certainly made fitting a lot easier.”
