“Very pleased and happy with service and end result. Abi was extremely helpful and very patient with us as we tried to decide between different flooring options. Everyone was so helpful and provided great advice. Once we had decided a flooring, the service was so seamless and as I provided a fitting date that suited me promptly. The fitting was done by Finley who did a great job of ensuring the finish was perfect The customer service has been excellent and would definitely recommend this lovely family company to anyone thinking about changing floors.”

“I went twice in a week to Netherfield branch. The first time was for advice, which I received from the lovely Kerren. On my second visit I was quite anxious about choosing kitchen cupboards,doors etc. I hoped Kerren would be there again. She was! Kerren and Karen B helped me navigate what I needed. Being Neurodivergent I struggle making decisions and at times panic. I flapped a few times and sat down to gather myself, Kerren and KarenB helped put me at ease and supported and helped me with my choices. I had financial limits so their help was really needed. I gave my thanks and said that I really appreciated their help. If it were not for them I'd probably still be crying about my unfinished kitchen. Well done to both of you and also thanks to Ian the Manager!”

“Me and my partner visited the store this morning, We were greeted by Jamil who helped us find the sofa we've been looking for, he explained to us how all the fabrics and colours are customisable and even the modular layout of the sofa it's self can be customised to suit which was perfect for us. We didn't feel any pressure to buy on the spot and we left to look around the other furniture stores in the area, After some thought we returned later to purchase the sofa Jamil had custom created for us based on what we wanted. The service and knowledge from Jamil was excellent and we couldn't of asked for anything more, Looking forwards to getting our new sofa soon!”

“Called in this morning for a breakfast as we was driving past, friendly staff, nice food and drink, we will definitely be back :) only downside is when it’s busy parking is limited on the street due to the position of the cafe, but worth parking further down the road and and walking up :)”

“Eva is honestly amazing!! Quality work.. so lovely and yet professional.. I’ve had several tattoos done by her now and always get compliments! The work speaks for itself wouldn’t go anywhere else! Even got the in-laws to go to her for their first ever tattoos! Helped finish my full sleeve! And even though she wasn’t sure of tonnes of butterflies the work she did is epic! Knows when I’ve had too much as well! And listens to ideas … more to come !!”

“This is the only place to shop for jewellery (and of course their big sister Keishi). The shop itself is understated and contemporary but as always a welcoming warmth greets you as you enter. The ranges available are excellent with some fantastic designers that suit a range of styles and budgets. From contemporary to classic you be disappointed. The team are wonderful with knowledge and experience that will help and advise for that really personal shopper experience. They also offer a bespoke design service. I recommend them to everyone I know!”

I phoned up, the assistant immediately said that she would send it in the post. It arrived a few days later, along with a complimentary pack of sweets! “We initially decided to chose Long Eaton Kitchens as we thought the quality and choice beat other competitors and we wasn't wrong! Jim went above and beyond to create our dream kitchen accepting many tweaks we made with understanding and perseverance....Thank you Jim. We had a problem with one of the doors having blemishes but Jim sorted this out and came out to fit a new one. We had a lot of building work done in prep for the newly designed kitchen and every tradesman who did work for us commented on the quality of the units and this coming from other tradesmen said alot for Long Eaton Kitchens and only confirmed to us we had made the right decision. The end result is absolutely beautiful and has made a huge difference to us. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to family and friends.”
