They are efficient, always on time and super easy to get hold of, no question goes unanswered. The members of staff I met regularly were Beth, Peggy and Niki who always looked after both me and my partner put me at ease and always made us feel comfortable. They would always explain procedures/ symptoms / medications / treatments so you always felt in the know. Dr hany shar I could not recommend enough, he got to know us on a personal level and made our dreams of becoming parents possible! Without ALL of the staff this wouldn’t be possible, our 2nd attempt and we got our positive result and I will definitely be returning when we are ready to grow our family! 5 star service, they treat you as people not numbers and that for me is why we chose care fertility Tamworth.
