In all honesty, I never really expected to hear back from him as I knew there was nothing in it for him, and he was likely a very busy mechanic, as they all are. To my absolute shock and delight he reached out to me to help! What an absolute gentleman he is! If he’d do this for a random non-customer, I think it speaks volumes about the service you’d receive here as an actual customer!”

His friendly wife will always offer a drink and a chat if she’s not too busy with the paperwork too, which is a bonus. Just a real shame he doesn’t work on vw t5 2.5 engines.
