“Had a service done on my car at a large car dealership in Halesowen. I was quoted over £500 for repairs that apparently needed to be carried out urgently. The faults were not explained in detail eventhough I asked several times. I sought a second opinion at Lee's Auto's. I felt very welcome and my questions were answered easily, with such warmth too. To cut a long story short, my car was fixed there and then ( I hadn't booked an appointment) and it cost me waaaay less than the original £500+ quoted! I would have happily paid more just for the great customer service alone. Thank you Jamie and all other staff at Lee's Auto's. This is not simply about getting my car fixed, it is also about the genuine nature of this place. “Took my Triumph Street Scrambler sidecar outfit to here,after the triumph main dealer across the road wasn’t interested in fixing my brake light problem ie they weren’t working, I had been to Watsonian to confirm that it wasn’t the sidecar electricals hadn’t caused the problem. The dealership pointed me in the direction of this place. Well he couldn’t fit me in there and then so I booked in for a week or so later to get the problem resolved and get an MOT , he ordered the parts ,which came, one of them was the wrong part , but Brent managed to modify part of the loom by using part of the old loom ,this enabled me to get an MOT, he even let me use his computer to enable me to tax the bike due to signal and internet service being crap on my phone. The price was unbelievable, I was expecting another £100 on top of what he charged me. and was relieved at the price. Great service, pity the main dealer didn’t offer similar.”
