From the very first phone call, I was impressed. The gentleman who answered, Danny, was incredibly polite, charming, and professional. Despite being busy, he managed to fit my car in for an MOT on the same day โ something I truly appreciated. The service was quick and efficient. My car was ready even sooner than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. While I waited, the waiting area was comfortable enough and made the short wait easy. What really stood out, though, was Dannyโs excellent customer care. After the MOT, he went through the paperwork with me also provided some quotes for servicing and tyres, (that Iโd asked for) but there was absolutely no pressure or sales push โ just clear, helpful information. I felt completely respected as a customer, and it was refreshing to deal with someone who was so happy, courteous and professional throughout.
