“The people who work here have been wonderful helping overcome procedures with changing personal plates to a different car early this year and then today when I have had problems with a tyre: things I have no experience or confidence to deal with. I went in for a major engine service on my Twingo 2RS and I had great customer service, yes the job was technically supposed to be same day but they were running a bit behind so they kept the car overnight and got it done the next day. “A different garage diagnosed a cracked inlet manifold on our Discovery 4 which had already been replaced 10k miles ago. Oval autos managed to fit us in the next day as we have a holiday pending and a caravan to tow which is not ideal with restricted performance. Turns out it was a small pipe required only. They were super honest which resulted in the bill being a lot lot lower than anticipated. Second time using and will definitely use again.”
