“Wanted to share my amazing 1st time experience at Kay’s Dogs groomers with Stacey and Abi My 6 month old pup had an accident in his crate which we woke up to, realising that he was covered in it. I had asked Kats if they could groom him today, luckily they had availability. I was running late for the appointment yet they were so extremely patient with me and my pup who was terrified as it was his 3rd groom, but 1st at this salon. Stacey and Abi were both so polite, respectful and encouraging and I cannot be anymore grateful and thank them enough for what they have done for me today. They had so much patience with him and myself, getting him used to the washers and dryers, giving him treats and positive encouragement, had special equipment they recommended to use such as the head band to cover his ears so he wouldn’t be so scared of the dryer. They also asked me for permission to use it. I would definitely recommend this groomers to anyone with a dog or puppy especially if it’s their first time.”

“Hi There I've always used Bhandal In Cradley. But Since COVID i haven't been,i tried ringing quite a few times only to be 14 in the Que. (this is not a criticism ) .So i tried Bhandal Colley Gate,got through straight away and made an appointment for the next day.Fantastic. On having a few moments spare i looked at the reviews for Colley gate ,some of the reviews were ok ,but two fairly recent ones didn't make such good reading.I thought "o dear what have i done". I can only speak as i find ,i have had dealings with three members of staff one being the dentist and i cant fault the staff at all, on all occasions polite jokey pleasant more than helpful, i was at ease all the time and would recommend this practice based on my experience , one last thin my partner has moved her too. So a big thank you to front of house staff and "the Dentist ", So A big thankyou Ade”

“I would like to post a review about how well I was looked after by Mr Abedin through out my treatment. He gave me reassurance both through the original consultation right up to the day of my operation which Mr Abedin carried out himself. He explained all aspects of how my operation would be performed and how I would feel in recovery. I can say that the operation was successful and my recovery is just as he said it would be. Gel varnish doesn't usually last long on my nails but they lasted 3 weeks after Sarah did them, and that was with me washing up, cleaning with chemicals etc (I know I should wear gloves!) Well impressed!. Sarah's a lovely girl to chat to, polite, friendly and offers drinks. What else could ya ask for ay!”
