“Changed to Brentknoll after poor service from previous vets who I had been with for over 20 years. They could not get my dog in for check up for an ear infection as deemed it "non urgent" and could only offer me appointments several days later (initially called on the Saturday and told to call back Monday and then when called back on the Monday was only offered their practice 8 miles away or the next day - by which time my dog was in agony). Brentknoll were lovely from the moment I called and got me in within a couple of hours. Lovely service and sorted her out so wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Transferred to Brentknoll from now on and will avoid the other vets like the plague!”

“This a pet owner's dream. It is bright and inviting. An excellent selection of products everything your dog needs. Raw meat and veg frozen in small dogs especially for small dogs. Kibble, the whole gambit of dog foods is available. Toys, treats, fish oils. Plus parking a great advantage.”

How amazing was it to go into the shop after travelling all the way from Gloucester to pick something to see a pet store that has so many hamster safe products, still a few that need looking at.. but someone had gone to the effort of building a complete set up at the back of the store, I’m sick of going in Pets at home and seeing all the unsafe cages, to walk in this store and see such a lovely set up, just for pets you did good, and credit to whoever did this set up ❤️”

“I switched my dog into their raw food after having a problem with shop bought food and he absolutely loves it. We’ve never had an issue with the ladies, delivery is amazing and she accommodates to all my pups needs! Would deffo recommend”

“My dogs love staying with mr & mrs Dogfather.. always so much for them to do… I’m sure my one dog is sad when it’s time to come home… I also got updates and pictures of the dogs which put me at ease. Would not take my boys anywhere else.. can’t thank them enough for what they do, as my one dog would not leave my side , but Ed and Tan knew how to deal with this and I was so grateful.. never thought it would be possible to leave Harvey even for a few hours but Tan and Ed had him for over a week.. can not recommend then enough.
