I initially came to Ferdotti for a second opinion after another garage told me I needed £5000's worth of work done. Ferdotti confirmed my suspicions and said it needed nothing done at all. Ferdotti is clearly a cherished family run business and this is obvious as soon as you walk in the door. They are super friendly and professional and will happily explain any problems with your vehicle and even show you what and where the problem is if they find anything. They have just done my MOT and spotted a fuel leak which they clearly showed me. I would never have known about it. I will be back to get it sorted knowing it will be done properly and without any fuss or unnecessary costs. Absolutely a 5 star Garage!!!”

“I really can’t say enough good things about Luke, all the team and my experiences at Shakespeare Drive. I’ve been going to an NHS dentist for all of my life, and I was left feeling let down and anxious after they recommended a tooth be extracted when I thought it could be saved. I decided to get a second opinion from Shakespeare Drive and I’m so grateful I did. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was in safe hands. Luke not only saved my tooth with a root canal and crown, he actually listened to me. He has been phenomenal. He took the time to do proper xrays and found other work that my NHS dentist overlooked for years and would have cause me significant problems if unresolved. When I spoke to my NHS dentist about the additional work, they simply said they’d “monitor it”, which I was disappointed and frustrated by. Needless to say, I will not be going back to them. Because of the trust that I gained in Luke and the team, I’m now having my other work done at Shakespeare Drive rather than through my NHS dentist. Given my experiences during my root canal and crown, I really trust that work is being done properly, thoroughly and to a high quality. What really blew me away was how caring everyone has been. I’d lost a lot of faith in dentists after past experiences, but Luke, Jas, the Dental Nurses, Receptionists have all made me feel like I mattered and have been so kind - not only with me, but with each other. They’ve checked in on me, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond with aftercare. It’s rare to find a place where everyone genuinely seems to love what they do and it really does show. If you’re nervous about the dentist or if you’ve had bad experiences in the past, give them a try. They don’t just fix problems, they really care about oral health and hygiene and they can restore your trust in dentistry. You won’t feel rushed, just a number, or sat waiting around because they have overbooked to see a ridiculous amount of people in a short timeframe. Also the practice is so clean and modern which is always a bonus, and if you go there at Christmas time they have an amazing tree in reception with very unique decorations. I’m so grateful I found them. Thank you so much for everything. This review really does come from the heart.”

We had a chat about what I wanted doing which was, front bumper full respray, bonnet fixing and painting and blending it all in. He gave me a reasonable price to do the work and booked me in. Over the few days he had my car he kept me updated with the progress, I really appreciated being kept in the loop. Then gave me a phone call when it was all finished. When I went there to pick my car up I could see straight away the great job he had accomplished. Came out and had a chat and I couldn’t be more happy. Everything is blended in amazingly, could never tell the bumper was black before I took it to him. Will definitely be recommending and coming back in the future!”
