“OMG what lovely,friendly and helpful people. My car sustained a bang from another driver over 3 weeks ago. Fix Auto helped me arrange a hire car whilst mine was in for repair. They helped me with the insurance claim and even took a look at the tyres as i thought they had been damaged by pot holes. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they even offered to bring my car back to my door (i didn't take them up on the offer but what thoughtful people, i live in Tamworth not exactly local to them). “Fantastic people! I had the misfortune to break down on Friday the 13th. The RAC couldn't recover my car as they were over stretched. Redhill collected the car that night and then delivered it to my home on the Monday. Raj who collected it was very helpful and friendly. RAC asked me to call them when the car had been collected to arrange my taxi home. This was easier said than done. The controller at Redhill (Charlie?) sent RAC a message to contact me because I couldn't get through. Frank who delivered the car today was just as helpful. I can't fault them. If you're unlucky enough to have a breakdown, count yourself lucky if it's Redhill that's sent to recover you.”

“Have had a great experience with both Floyd and Elizabeth here! They are both very knowledgeable and clearly have a passion for these Renaultsports! I can’t thank them both enough for the work they have put in for me! I went in for a major engine service on my Twingo 2RS and I had great customer service, yes the job was technically supposed to be same day but they were running a bit behind so they kept the car overnight and got it done the next day. They understood that I needed a vehicle for work so they were able to loan me a car which they didn’t HAVE to do so I appreciate it! I can’t recommend them enough the knowledge Floyd has is amazing!
