Only 1 small complaint is the booking system, they have 2 garages locally, they take bookings from Lode Lane centre but not from Thornhill Rd centre, this creates confusion and occasional delays. So just check which centre the booking is for before arriving.”

“We used to use the VW garage for servicing when they had black friday deals but when we asked this year, it was £440 for a full service on a polo. Autovolks have done the last two services for less than that price and this month, brakes too. They are a really great team, Laura the office manager is so efficient too :)”

“My saab 9-3 was displaying "check softtop". I suspect the sagging roof lining may be fouling the folding operation. Took it to Gary last week. Cured sagging lining, carried out a service, lubrication, hydraulic fluid top-up. Total £99. Fabulous service and a real nice guy to deal with.
