From the expert advice from the salon owner fay to the incredible hair stylist paris who without a doubt understood the assignment from the word go. I was very reluctant due to past experiences, fay explained how to take care of my hair, what products I should be using and the possible outcome also to quickly repling back to me via Instagram and answering all my concerns put me at great ease. Paris on the other hand who actually did my hair knew exactly what I wanted as the outcome. Paris and the whole team at the salon were amazing, friendly, attentive and they could not have asked me for anymore drinks. Lauren is warm, friendly and welcoming every time I go in, she always listens to what I want done with my hair and will go through with me any new colours or styles in a professional and informative way , she gives great advice and recommendations for hair products. She has many loyal customers and is a great hairdresser - I would and do recommend her to anyone - but don’t want her to get too busy she can’t see me! “Travelled all the way from Worcester because I heard Henna was really good. She absolutely did not disappoint! My hair was a scraggly mess and Henna knew exactly what to do to fix it. She works with Asian hair regularly so I don't have to hear comments about how thick or how dark my hair is. I got a head full of highlights and colour along with a lovely blow dry done for a reasonable price. Will definitely be going back and would recommend to all my friends, especially of different ethnic backgrounds!”

“I’m writing this review very late. I got a haircut back in January from here. Yvonne was so amazing, she put me at ease. I came to her with a several requests, it should have volume, eaves, bangs, look edgy etc etc etc. I wanted Korean curtain bangs. I had a certain cut in my mind, however, she did a better job than I could’ve imagined. My hair has grown now, but I still love my cut. I love the ease of its management. I’ll be going back there again and again for any future cuts or styling I want for sure.”
