    “I’ve seen Rachel Young on two occasions regarding my breathing problems. She comprehensively explained tests that I needed to do before my next appointment to aid getting a definite diagnosis. I felt reassured that I would be getting the very best management available. At my second appointment, a diagnosis was made. She went on to explain the medication I needed to keep me as well as possible and how to use it. She also sent me a link to print off the instructions as a reminder. Well done to Rachel Young and to Laurel House!”

    “So far my experiences with this practice cannot be faulted. I've attended for personal intimate treatment and felt comfortable throughout and as a first time Mum, I've had to contact several times for advice regarding my baby and always have a call back in a relatively short space of time with or without same day appointments if needed. I appreciate this is possibly a quicker response than a generalised adult call for a bout of illness but to date I only have positive experiences with the practice. Only been in area since August 2023.”
