“Hi There I've always used Bhandal In Cradley. But Since COVID i haven't been,i tried ringing quite a few times only to be 14 in the Que. (this is not a criticism ) .So i tried Bhandal Colley Gate,got through straight away and made an appointment for the next day.Fantastic. On having a few moments spare i looked at the reviews for Colley gate ,some of the reviews were ok ,but two fairly recent ones didn't make such good reading.I thought "o dear what have i done". I can only speak as i find ,i have had dealings with three members of staff one being the dentist and i cant fault the staff at all, on all occasions polite jokey pleasant more than helpful, i was at ease all the time and would recommend this practice based on my experience , one last thin my partner has moved her too. So a big thank you to front of house staff and "the Dentist ", So A big thankyou Ade”

“I am very satisfied and happy about Dr Ravinder, after hearing the problems that i had with my previous dentures from a different dentist, he was patient and knew exactly what he was doing. He was also explaining step by step what he was going to do and how long it could take. With these dentures, he wanted to make sure it was the best fit for me by making me close my jaw, opening it, biting down, etc. My old dentist had rushed the dentures and only had me open my mouth. As a result they kept popping out of my mouth when i was talking, drinking and eating.”

“I wear retainers on my teeth and the top one broke off at the very start of lockdown, March 2020. My teeth started to relapse and drift out of alignment really quick. As it was only a cosmetic problem and not an emergency, I left it off and didn't seek help. However my teeth really did relapse severely and became quite crooked, which was both alarming and distressing, I've paid for and endured three years of orthodontic treatment and had super straight perfect teeth, to see all that work unravel was concerning. It's also affected my confidence. I'm not registered with Celia's practice, but they were recommended to me. I emailed Celia for advice regarding my concerns at half past ten at night, Celia emailed me back within half an hour, with a very understanding and knowledgeable response and wanted to see me straight away. She fully recognised my concerns and I feel quite embarrassed I didn't get in touch with her immediately. I can definitely recommend Celia and her practice, it's top stars from me!”

“First review (updated below this): As the receptionists seem to be getting mixed reviews, I wanted to share my experience. I've just got off the phone with one of the ladies at the clinic and she was amazing. I needed to register with them as a new customer and she was a pleasure to talk to, very helpful, efficient and there was no nonsense as well. I'm in desperate need of an appointment due to toothache and she immediately booked me in for tomorrow. I'm nervous about going to the dentist about this, but her professionalism really put me at ease! The Follow up: The receptionist who greeted me on the day of my appointment was lovely and helpful. The dentist and the assistant were both very good, too. I had to have a tooth extracted and the dentist talked me through everything, she was patient with me and helped me calm down as I was very nervous (I've never had a tooth removed before). Any questions I had were answered well and the procedure was quick and painless (just unpleasant because of the pressure on the bone when being removed, but that wasn't down to the dentist being negligent, she did everything perfectly). No negative experiences whatsoever, I will be happy to continue going here for my regular check ups! (Thank you to the staff for the speed in which everything was done).”

“Been for a second time to see the lady therapist down stairs (forgot her name how rude of me ) as my dentist left i had a bad experience years before which left me terrified and a couple of missing teeth which led me to an eating dissorder i have got to say she is so so nice ive struggled for ages embarrassed too but really no need she is marvelous and so kind gentle no judgment its down to her that i can finally eat better long way to go yet but am on the road to being myself again and now i go in no tears no body shakes and she always gives a hug when i leave dont be afraid go see her she is marvelous”
