“Discovered Steve through a website for mortgage brokers in our local area, he came highly recommended from others on the reviews and we haven’t looked back since. We originally went with another mortgage group which specialise in new homes, who were a bunch of cow boys not willing to put the effort in to get us a deal with a lender. As first time buyers, we got knocked back by the first lender through that mortgage group, at this point our housing developers wanted to pull our property from us as we didn’t have a mortgage in place. We gave Steve an emergency phone call, 7pm on a Friday evening, within that SAME evening Steve had contacted our developers for us which he didn’t have to do, but as a customer we were more than grateful as it put the developers at ease, and within 2-3 days he’d got us our mortgage offer on a great deal. We’d gone from thinking we were losing our dream first home, to Steve pulling it out the bag straight away. We only wish we’d have gone to him straight away to avoid the first knock back! We haven’t got the mortgage yet as our property isn’t complete yet, but we look forward to working with Steve further and get everything completed once everything’s finished. Great guy and would absolutely recommend to anyone.”

“After neighbours' recommendations, I contacted them for window/door cleaning and an appointment was easily made. On the day at 9am, 2 happy chaps turned up, very friendly. As it was the first clean after a long wet winter and the mess left by birds too, they did a fantastic job, removed all the stubborn dirt, squeaky clean. I have some decors on the front door, they carefully avoided them but cleaned the rest of the door. Very professional. Many thanks. I have booked myself with them for a regular clean. “Was referred here by my vets as my Labrador Arnie has 2 different cancers in 3 places. The care from ALL the staff has been brilliant. I cannot thank them enough for the attention they give Arnie. Pulling up to the vets Arnie gets over excited in the car and drags me through the door and knows exactly where he’s going. The staff seem equally as excited to see him. We have to visit quite often as he had 5 rounds of chemo, with blood tests a week later and a couple of CT scans thrown into the mix too. We have been there almost every Monday for the last 4 month and every time is exactly the same level of excitement for both Arnie and the staff. For all the medical treatment that Arnie goes through, the fact that he still gets excited to be at the vets is only testament to the personal treatment of Arnie. Especially Giulia! The way she treats Arnie and the way he acts around her is amazing. When ever I am faced with options on treatment I have absolutely no hesitation in taking Giulia’s recommendation. She treats Arnie as her own so I am entirely confident in her recommendations. I’d honestly prefer not to hear the options available but only her opinion as that is what I would go with 100% of the time. I honestly hope nobody reading this has ever a need to go see them. But if unfortunately you need their services then stop reading and call them up. Theirs no where else I would ever go to so long as Giulia and the team are still there.”
