“This is an excellent nursery. The staff are kind, attentive and truly wonderful with the children. My child is really happy attending here and doesn't want to leave. The facilities are great with plenty of engaging toys and a safe space for kids to play outside. My child has developed strong social skills and has become more independent by attending here.”

They even give parents a care package on the child’s first day, which includes a lovely poem… just don’t read it on a bench in the middle of town like I did!”

“Both my children have gone to Active Kids and have both loved it. It is a fantastic setting with a great outdoor space. This is one of my favourite things about the setting, as the kids go outside a lot, which I think is really good for their development and learning. The staff are all so kind and caring, and I especially like that the setting is all open plan and all kids know all staff. My little one absolutely loves their key worker, and is so excited to go in to see her. Can’t recommend Active Kids enough.”

“Me and some friends when in on a night out a while back when one of the lads had come back home for a stag night at 11pm and he went out at 9pm so we decide to go out and make are own fun. 5er in each which wasent that bad I though doorman collects it off you and tells you the rules when you come in the girls were friendly , and we felt not pressure to buy drinks or get a dance.”

“An excellent place to visit! The presentation is top notch and everything is of high quality. There’s a clean toilet available which is always a plus. It’s the perfect spot for a cuppa and a sweet treat. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the service was excellent. It’s definitely worth a visit in its own right such a lovely spot. We stopped here as part of a canal walk from Rodley to Apperley Bridge, and it was a real highlight. Highly recommended!”
