“Dads been happily attending Daycare here a year prior to covid now back it’s even better than ever. The new management and staff are out of this world. We have found the care to be person-centred, focusing on his individual likes and needs whilst providing a safe environment and excellent personal care. The staff and management are all very kind, caring and welcoming and I can honestly say nothing seems too much trouble to them. There is always a variety of activities on offer to suit all skill levels and a quiet area for relaxing, reading. The facilities are modern, very homely and comfortable and large incorporating a kitchen to enable cooking. The care team always have a marvellous interesting varied programme of exciting things for them do. Exiting games afternoons ball catching, skittles and bowling. A very well planned interesting day is in store for anyone who attends. Most importantly my loves attending Bridge House and has a wonderful time!”
“I'm only just getting round to reviewing Nicola and her services, despite visiting a while ago now. I booked some appointments with Nicola during a period of high stress/anxiety for me. She came highly recommended by a close and trusted friend but I had been putting off visiting for some time, as if I'm honest, I was sceptical that counselling would work for me. I'm glad to say I was wrong. Nicola is a wonderful person with such a lovely, nurturing approach - and I felt immediately comfortable sharing with her. I visited a number of times and came away feeling like a new person. I'm open to visiting Nicola in the future if I find that I need some more sessions; in her lovely garden room, it felt just like sharing with a friend and I'm immensely grateful to her for the sessions.”
“Absolutely amazing. At first i though timeline therapy was a gimmick and didn't expect it to work, I was so wrong!! Having a very challenging childhood, parents, school, had a accident which cause some brain damage. I had even attempted to take my life and a few occasions. I had very low self esteem, confidence, emotionally closed off and always feeling i wasn't good enough, there was something wrong with me, it all my fault ect. I met Sue after she booked me in to have a chair cleaned, and we got talking about her profession. She explained in great and easy to understand detail as to what she does. I booked in with Sue thinking this is not going to work one bit, but wow, wow, wow i was so wrong. Sue had taken away the all the emotions connected the hurt, guilt, anger, sadness connected with the past. Then she trained my subconscious to be confident and happy outgoing ect. If you have depression, low self esteem, feeling your not worthy, unloved and alone this could really help you. Sue is super passionate, caring, warm and understanding and amazing at spotting things you're not telling her (which plays a big part) I have seen therapists in the past who take note, ask the wrong questions and give no answers and even just put you straight onto anti depressants. What Sue does is take away all the bad emotions linked to your past but talking to and guiding your subconscious, then shows your subconscious how to live happy and be happy with confidence. It's truly amazing i feel like a new man. This will be the best bit of money you have ever spent. Don't think about it, if you need help just do it.”
“I had an accident back in 2018 where I became trapped in a confined space and was really suffering with the traumatic after effects. I was booked in to attend 6 sessions using EMDR. I had no idea what to expect or if it would work? I was quite embarrassed by all this as I've never needed counselling before but I was made to feel at ease and actually looked forward to the sessions. I can't explain what I went through after the accident or how EMDR works but the effects were pretty amazing. I cannot thank this guy enough for what he did.”
“We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Villages Preschool! The staff are professional, nurturing, and truly go above and beyond to support each child’s development. Our daughter has grown in confidence, made lovely friendships, and always comes home with a big smile and stories about her day. The environment is warm, creative, and full of fun learning — it’s clear the team genuinely care about the children and their well-being. We’re so thankful to have found such a special place that gives her the best possible start. Thank you to all the staff at Villages Pre-School, you’re amazing!”
“Robert was a terrific help getting me out of my depression which had been driven by work demands. He helped me into a place where I'm much more relaxed, balanced, and happy!”

“Review written by S. Wood. I feel extremely fortunate, as a Mother, to have found Nicola and her services for my youngest daughter, who has been experiencing low-self esteem and social anxiety, which became progressively worse upon starting upper school. To the point, she dreaded school and found the whole experience distressing. It’s been beautiful to watch my daughter bloom during the time she’s been seeing Nicola. She’s gone from a very nervous, unhappy and insular person into a more confident, positive and sociable individual. Nicola’s gentle and person centred approach has really empowered and equipped my daughter with practical techniques she can utilise prior to, or when experiencing a situation that causes anxiety. As a result she now has the confidence to carryout activities she once was too nervous to take part in and is more happier within. It just warms my heart to have my daughter’s sense of humour, laughter and just general presence grace our family again. In a nutshell - Nicola has quite literally given me back my daughter! I’ll forever be grateful to you Nicola, thank you. Review by S Wood”
“FANTASTIC SETTING WONDERFUL STAFF”
“I have 3 boys and all have attended this school (my youngest still there) Mrs Lowry is such an enthusiastic headteacher always remembers the children’s names and even how well my sons doing. The teachers are equally as enthusiastic and really treat the kids as individuals and don’t expect them to fit in a box. I can’t recommend this school and it’s teachers and ta,s enough.”
