Dr Chandamani prescribed me medication which my GP is now prescribing me. The medication seems to be working at the moment. “Wow, this is like a finely oiled machine the way all of the staff work together. Usually, this is day case and minor surgery held here. I went for eye surgery, you wait for your allocated nurse to collect you and then you go into a lovely environment where you are seen by your consultant just to explain your procedure. You are taken into an anaestheitc room where drops are popped into your eye. You lay down in a trolley and go into the theatre. Using a microscope my procedure was done quickly. The staff are lovely and everything is fully explained. I had a coffee and waited to be discharged home with some eye drops. It's amazing. I feel so lucky to have had my surgery done at The Treatment Centre. Based at Leighton Hospital. It's very relaxed but super efficient. 10/10 stars.”
