“I am extremely fussy when it comes to breakfasts and very difficult to please. For example I don't generally bother with breakfasts in hotels as the quality of produce used is usually not good enough, cooked on mass and left for ages. The breakfast I had at The Lounge is without question the best I've ever had. Everything was cooked to perfection and the quality outstanding. A particularly special mention for the black pudding, which again was the best I've ever had. Great service on a busy morning just after the remembrance service in Myrtle Park, and the staff are all lovely. I'll definitely be back and will be eager to also try the evening menu!”

“Merle has cared for both my Frenchie and my little ratties if I’ve been away. She is very caring and kind and my doggy adores her. I cant even say her name without her diving all over the place! Merle also sends lovely photos to you throughout the day which is a lovely touch. Couldn’t think of anyone better to be a dog walker. Rain or shine she is always there. Thanks x”

“They are really great! they are kind and loving with the kids. Our child is super-happy there and you can see how much he develops. Furthermore, as a family, we've gone through a few changes which required cutting down the time our child was going to nursery and then having him back again full time, and they've always been super accommodating. We are really happy with Kiddi-creche Holmstead and would highly recommend it to other parents.”

The pricing at Rainbow Wood was excellent - some of the least expensive around - and the range of what was available to order was incredible, way more choice than any other sites I tried (I tried quite a lot - the big giant retailers as well as the smaller ones!). Arrived fairly quickly, undamaged in transit. Really happy with my bargain haul which will keep my nephew entertained for months!”

“havent been to this pub for almost 2 decades. I know it had been due to close but rescued and very glad it has. Its kept its atmosphere while being modern. Nice conservatory and plenty of green space for kids (and adults) to enjoy. I won't leave it so long next time to visit.”

There’s not many people I’d trust to look after my son but I’d highly recommend this nursery, particularly for anxious parents. They even give parents a care package on the child’s first day, which includes a lovely poem… just don’t read it on a bench in the middle of town like I did!”

“Great nursery. Son started back in September after we moved to the area. Transition was dealt with really well. He loves going they taken them outside daily and they have a covered outside space too which is great when it's wet. He's progressing really well and he is happy which is crucial. Staff are caring and attentive.”
