Only negative was the older lady on customer service (think she was called Jane) wouldn't allow an exchange for a smaller size without receipt despite items still being tagged. I explained i had done returns and exchanges before with the receipt and she basically called me a lair as they have never allowed it before. Which was total BS!”

I explained the problem – they listened – didn’t act like Double Glazing Salesmen – and went ahead and extracted the tooth – no fuss – no bull – no problems. I don’t ask for anything less.
