“there seems little point in reviewing NHS dentists as finding one is so hard, that any ensuing butchery is tolerable, so long as it keeps you alive (one of my friends recently died because she couldn't access dental care). However, if i could recommend dentists, then this is one i would recommend . my dentist is patient, is brilliant with consent, is reassuring and goes at your pace. “I've been with this surgery 8 or 9 years now and I'd be devastated if I were forced to go elsewhere. I've always had the very best care from my Dr (Malone) and is hugely supportive and compassionate. Most of the receptionists are also fabulous (every once in awhile you get the odd one who seems to think they know your situation better than either yourself or your Dr but it fortunately rare).”

“I range Covea today to make a claim for my Dad's car crash. The man on the phone was really helpful. When I had connection issues he even called me back and explained the whole process. I then got a link to upload the photos. I have yet to get the car fixed as I am on holiday soon so will come back to write another review. So far I am impressed with the service.”

“Amazing experience brought Finlay in today and although he was very over stimulated to the point he was sick the staff was very on board and fast with making his stay at ease, I was nervous to how he would handle his visit as he struggles massively with people and places and been out of his routine but they made us both at ease and Finlay even made a friend (Louise I think she was called sorry if it isn’t) she had him smiling and giggling and even had a cuddle with her and let her carry him downstairs which for Finlay he doesn’t even let family or my friends do that he only allows me near him so this woman was magic haha honestly very reassuring start to finish both ladies were so lovely and provided a calm environment for us both which made the visit much better, thanks again ladies from Finlay & mum”

“I’ve always been to an ear specialist since been young and 2 years ago was diagnosed with an acoustic neuroma! What the heck is that…… ahhhh that’s why I can’t hardly walk the dogs or enjoy walks, that’s why I can’t talk to people when I’m walking, that’s why I feel so disabled!! So whilst I waited for an operation I struggled for 2 years! Knowing nothing about vestibular therapists and what they did. I found John and he rang me and I could have cried on the phone. Telling him my symptoms and him understanding and explaining it was normal due to the tumour was a huge relief. I had surgery to remove it out of my ear. John explained more than the surgeon did and I had such an intense thorough assessment. John has so much experience. The up to date equipment he has to test every area of the vestibular system is un real. The exercises I’ve done at home in between visits have had a huge impact on my recovery. John has great communication methods, any questions or concerns I just email straight away and he always replies. It’s been 3 months since surgery and I literally can’t thank John enough!! He’s really helped me feel normal again and supported me in accepting I won’t necessarily be 100% perfect but we will do everything possible to get their. Thankyou John from the bottom of my heart ! “My experience is based on ENT department only! I recently had neck surgery with Mr Nilantha Imbulpitiya. He did a fantastic job with the surgery very good professional my recovery was very simple and my scar is so minimal already! I had some concerns around 6/7 weeks after the surgery I visited my GP who contacted Mr Imbulpitiya who by this point had discharged me however he jumped straight into action seeing me within one day taking time out of his already very busy schedule he examined me and arranged for another ultrasound to be performed to rule out anything problematic. Really just a wonderful consultant I wish everyone was like him! He actually listens to your concerns and makes you feel at ease. Keep up the great work!”
