Two days later it was fitted. I did that bit, not Chloe. She wasn't THAT keen. All this gushing is a mark of how shockingly bad customer service and high prices has made me/us feel. So when an experience like this happens, it's cause for jubilance. I feel like I'm constantly chasing incompetence and stupidity so this is a joy. Every company needs a Chloe. Chloes are brilliant.
