βProbably the best haircut I've ever gotten. Really great atmosphere and staff, especially Drew who was really lovely and very talented!β
βTooth implant completed. A fairly long process in that it's divided into stages. From initial removing of a tooth which had cracked, become loose and infected. After a consultant process listing all the available options. From a standard removable denture, to a fixed one, to a full implant. An implant, effectively, gives you a new tooth. But, is the most expensive option. You have to be aware that everybody is different and chances of success vary from person to person. I found that I was kept very well-informed and had a clear understanding of each stage of the process. The implant requires a series of procedures. These have to be timed to enable the bodies natural healing process to take place, before moving onto the next stage. You also have to be aware that each procedure time can vary depending on the amount of work required. I had one very long session in the chair, to remove an amount of infected bone, caused by my old tooth. However, the final result was worth waiting for, with my new tooth being fitted feeling just like an exact duplication of a natural tooth. In conclusion, I am pleased that I opted to go for an implant and can certainly recommend Muirhead & Associates and Dr Ahmer /Ange / Rose and team.β
βExcellent micro pub serving well kept cask ales and craft kegs. Friendly and welcoming. Some outdoor seating, well worth a visit.β
βNice food and atmosphere. A hidden gem!β
βGreat bunch, great haircuts and great priceβ
βAlways enjoy a visit to the Taproom. There is a good selection of both cask and keg beers and reasonably priced. Charlie and the rest of the staff are always welcoming.β
βUsed this salon since about aged 13, so over a decade - over time had all the staff. Had cuts, colours, toners, restyles, trims - everything and always trust anyone Andrew trains. They have even fixed my hair after another salon ruined it where I lived down south for uni. Now my daughter happily goes and they're all great with kids. Would highly recommendβ
βWe started our evening at this wonderful pub. The walls and ceilings are covered in pub memorabilia. They had a good 10 or so beers on tap including some Belgian ales. Great atmosphere.β
βBrilliant alehouse with loads of seating areas and a fine selection of beers on cask and keg. Very helpful bar staff (and lots of them) and extremely friendly local customers. Dog friendly pub too so poach can sit in and have a bowl of water.β
βGreat place to stop for delicious cakes and excellent coffee as well as a range of light meals, can certainly recommend the bacon sandwiches! Helpful staff who took time to help with our dietary requirements. We were able to find a good choice of food for people with food allergies. Good place to go with children. Dog friendly too, our dog was very happy with the dog treats! Pleasant sitting out area. Close to Saltaire. Very convenient for a stopping place on any of the lovely walks around the area.β
βBurgers ready within 10 minutes. Crispy fries where you can actually taste the truffle. Loved the complexity of the burger fillings- this is a burger with all the works. Almost Famous used to be my favourite burger place, but Digin's Hut beats it. Benches outside while you wait for your takeaway. Β£12 for the 'Rate my Takeaway beef and Β£10 for the pulled pork burger (which is probably my favourite), Doughnut was thick and heavy.β
βMoved to Shipley recently. Tried few places and finally dedicated to this one. Sometimes need to wait a bit but when you finally get sorted, you understand why they are busy. Very good barbers.β
βHad a very nice drink at very reasonable priced.β
βCame on spec and enjoyed both the coffee and food, all very reasonable priced. Don't be put off by the location, inside felt authentically Italian and nothing was too much trouble for the hosts. Will be coming back next time we are in Saltaireβ
βI absolutely love it here. My first visit was around 2 weeks ago. As soon as I walked in the door I was made to feel so welcome. People are really friendly, the lady behind the bar was ace. There was a band on they were actually quite good. Love it here. Its going to be the one pub I'm gunna visit every week with all my sister's.β
βWhat a find this was. First impressions on entering the hotel, noticed that the garden was well tended with a neat, mowed lawn and pretty border flowers. A warm welcome and advice on where to park the car. Clean, modern and tidy throughout. Our spacious room overlooked the front garden and church on the road side, but was extremely quiet. The window opened fully, which is such a blessing as I do like fresh air, most hotels' windows only open a fraction. The bed was huge and comfy. The bathroom, very clean and midern, with plenty of fluffy white towels and a powerful shower. There's a hairdryer and iron if needed. Plenty of sockets to plug in your gadgets. Free WiFi. Smart tv. Breakfast was spot on, served by very friendly ladies, it came quickly and was hot and delicious, with quality bacon and sausage. Whilst waiting for friends, we had a short walk into the town centre. Which was quaint and had a friendly, warm feel to it. Close to pubs and eating places. Salts mill, Saltaire not far away, and a short journey into Bradford, which is a lovely city, with lots of historic architecture. Perfect. Will definitely be staying here again.β
βI waited all week for Thursday to arrive (closed evenings Monday-Wednesday) so I could experience the food after a recommendation. The waiter welcomed me, I was worried there wasn't space as it was busy but thankfully there was. The menu is fairly short which is good, makes selection easier. Opted for starter of fishcakes and noodles main. Had Thai the elsewhere the day before and no sooner had I placed my order the starter was there!! I questioned the freshness there. Copper & Moss took an acceptable amount of time for the starter and the wait wasn't dissapointing, fresh and flavoursome. I was regularly asked if all was OK, there certainly wasn't a shortage of staff. When I came to the main I was informed they had run out of rice noodles, to be honest they could have probably said nothing as I hadn't paid much attention to what noodles they were, but I appreciated the honesty. I was offered some rice in addition, which I thought a strange combination, but again accepted the gesture, glad I did. The main was outstanding, the flavours were so fresh, having had a cold my taste wasn't at its best but this didn't make me miss the Thai basil flavours and combinations of seasoning making a delicious meal. The extra rice was used to mop up the remaining juices, lovely rice it was too, much appreciated. All very fresh and glad I had the opportunity to experience this meal and great service. Oh and I can't forget the Bloody Mary, after a b####y tough week it was much needed. Thank you.β
βDelighted to see an old favourite back open! Landlord happy to chat. Good beers, calm and friendly atmosphere. Surprisingly well patronised for a mid-week afternoon.β
βLovely music themed venue, great music and atmosphere. Highly recommend the american burgers and sandwiches. The vegetarian menu is outstanding, with alternatives to all meat sandwiches and burgers. Great drinks selection with real ale, cocktails and premium spirits.β
βI bought some mozzarella, pizza sauce, pizza pepperoni and got a coffee to take out. All great quality ingredients we took away and the coffee was nice. Will be back to try some food in the restaurant!β
βThe best Indian food in Baildon and Shipley by farβ
βThere are numerous tempting culinary delights on the menu board that look super tasty but it's always the full English (no tomato) that wins every time for me.β
βLooked after my Harley, spotted an issue with break light and did the MOT. Open Saturdays which is a blessing and very quick turn around. Highly recommend.β
βThe staff in the shop are always friendly and helpful. The head pro Matthew is very knowledgable on the equipment he sells and always willing to give his advice. I have recently been fitted for a driver and I was very happy with the overall experienceβ
