Anyhoo, she told me what I needed, emailed me photos to confirm whilst on the call (which informed me I only needed one component), checked with a colleague to be sure, then told me the cost. £29.99 incl shipping. Not £299.99. £29.99. For weight equipment. And free shipping by a trustworthy courier. Not Herpes. Not Curdle. Actual Parcel Force. Free. To north east Sutherland. Amazing. Two days later it was fitted. I did that bit, not Chloe. She wasn't THAT keen. All this gushing is a mark of how shockingly bad customer service and high prices has made me/us feel. So when an experience like this happens, it's cause for jubilance. I feel like I'm constantly chasing incompetence and stupidity so this is a joy. Every company needs a Chloe. Chloes are brilliant.
